Mateusz: Dziękuję za wywiad, Heresh. Jak się masz?

Heresh: Bardzo dobrze, dziękuję.

Mateusz: Kiedy rozpoczęła się twoja przygoda z pro-wrestlingiem? W 2014 roku zadebiutowałeś na scenie pro wrestlingu. Czy od tego momentu zmieniło się coś w wrestlingu? Czy mogłeś liczyć na wsparcie ze strony rodziny? Przez kogo zostałeś przeszkolony? Czy ktoś miał wpływ na twoją karierę?

Heresh: Świat wrestlingu poznałem po przez oglądanie go w telewizji, a zaczęło się to jeszcze gdy mieszkałem w Kurdystanie. Mój tata był wielkim fanem wrestlingu i gdy oglądał wrestling, to ja siedziałem obok niego robiąc to samo. Następnie przeprowadziliśmy się do Norwegii i tam zacząłem oglądać więcej wrestlingu na YouTubie, ponieważ w Norwegii wrestling nie jest tak popularnym sportem i nie ma możliwości oglądania go w telewizji. Po pewnym czasie zacząłem uczęszczać i trenować w NWF School, która jest jedyną tego typu szkołą w tym kraju. Przez długi okres czasu moimi trenerami byli: Erik Isaksen, T-Jay, Garm Stoylen oraz Aron Frost. Mój debiut miał miejsce w 2014 roku i wydaje mi się, że scena wrestlingu ciągle się rozwija, a zwłaszcza w Norwegii. Mojej rodzinie nie podoba się to, że robię coś co sprawia mi ból i może być w przyszłości przyczyną poważnych urazów. Boją się o mnie za każdym razem, kiedy jestem w ringu, jednak zawsze mogę liczyć na ich wsparcie, a także są dumni z tego, że jestem wrestlerem i robię coś czym pochwalić się może niewielu ludzi! Jeff Hardy, Rey Mysterio, Shawn Michaels i Eddie Guerrero mieli na mnie ogromny wpływ!

Mateusz: Czy w twoim kraju rodzinnym występuje wrestling?

Heresh: Kurdistan położony jest na środkowym wschodzie i nie ma tam wrestlingu. Ja jestem pierwszym profesjonalnym wrestlerem pochodzącym z tego kraju. Jednak ludzie mieszkający tam kochają wrestling. Oglądanie wrestlingu jest traktowanie prawie tak samo jak religia. Obecnie mieszkam w Norwegii, gdzie wrestling staje się silniejszy każdego dnia.

Mateusz: Co sądzisz na temat Norwegian Wrestling Federation?

Heresh: Niesamowite! Tak jak wcześniej wspominałem federacja z każdym rokiem staje się większa i większa. Ludzie są niezwykli, a relacje między sobą mamy bardzo dobre. Wrestling jest super. Miałem okazję występować w kilku europejskich krajach. Wydaje mi się, że NFW jest jedną z mniejszych organizacji w Europie, ale jest bardzo profesjonalna.

Mateusz: Jaka atmosfera panuje na zapleczu w Norwegian Wrestling Federation?

Heresh: Jest super. Grono się powiększa i wszystko idzie w dobrym kierunku.

Mateusz: Kto najbardziej pomógł Ci w Norwegian Wrestling Federation?

Heresh: Erik Isaksen

Mateusz: Kim jest Erik Isaksen?

Heresh: Erik Isaksen jest jednym z czołowych europejskich zawodników UEWA, członkiem NFW oraz naszym głównym trenerem.

Mateusz: Czy możesz opisać swój najdłuższy pojedynek?

Heresh: Mój najdłuższy pojedynek odbyłem z Kurtem Simmonsem dla SPW w Szwajcarii i trwał 15 minut. Zakończył się on podwójnym zwycięstwem i był walką wieczoru.

Mateusz: Jaka jest różnica między wrestlingiem w Norwegii a Niemcami ?

Heresh: W Norwegii jest tylko jedna organizacja, w w Niemczech jest ich wiele. W Niemczech jest więcej osób zajmujących i znających się na wrestlingu, który w tym kraju jest powszechniejszy. W ciągu ostatnich kilku miesięcy toczyłem pojedynki w niemieckich organizacjach.

Mateusz: W jakich organizacjach występujesz?

Heresh: W Niemczech: IPW EWS, PWF, WXW Academy, CWE. Trenowałem też w GWF i wXw. Występuję także w Duńskiej federacji Bodyslam Pro Wrestling oraz Pro Wrestling ShowDown w Holandii.

Mateusz: Czy mógłbyś wymienić i opisać swój ulubiony pojedynek, w którym miałeś okazję wystąpić?

Heresh: Nie jest łatwo ocenić swoją własną pracę. Ocenę pozostawiam innym, ale według mnie najlepszy pojedynek odbyłem z Kurtem Simmonsem.

Mateusz: Co mógłbyś powiedzieć osobom, które chcą rozpocząć karierę w wrestlingu?

Heresh: Wrestling nie jest dla każdego. Trzeba włożyć serce, pasję, zaangażowanie, a przede wszystkim bardzo ciężko oraz mądrze pracować. Dawać codziennie z siebie 100 procent. Trzeba odkryć swoją osobowość i zaprezentować ją ludziom, a oni rozstrzygną to czy się nadajesz na wrestlera i czy możesz przed nimi występować.

Mateusz: Co jest najtrudniejsze w byciu wrestlerem?

Heresh: Jeśli masz rodzinę, mieszkasz z nimi przez całe życie i ją kochasz to najtrudniejszą rzeczą jest pobyt z dala od rodziny przez co pojawiają się nieprzespane noce spowodowane długimi i ciężkimi podróżami. Ale to wszystko jest warte tego co robimy.

Mateusz: Jakie są twoje największe osiągnięcia w Wrestlingu?

Heresh: Wziąłem udział w europejskiej trasie organizowanej przez mojego niemieckiego agenta i w ciągu 2 miesięcy stoczyłem 11 pojedynków.

Mateusz: Co sprawia, że wyróżniasz się z pośród wrestlerów?

Heresh: Jestem pierwszym kurdyjskim profesjonalnym wrestlerem w historii i mierzę wysoko. Cały czas idę do przodu i nie obawiam się niczego. Najlepszym sposobem na poznanie człowieka jest obserwowanie jego ciężkiej pracy. Sugeruje więc, abyście śledzili mój profil na facebooku: Heresh Kurdi.

Mateusz: Jak wygląda dzień wolny w twoim wykonaniu? Masz jakieś hobby?

Heresh: Nawet jeśli nie mam żadnych pojedynków do odbycia to przygotowuję się, aby walczyć jak najlepiej. Ćwiczę 6 razy w tygodniu oraz dużo pływam.

Mateusz: W Polsce funkcjonują dwie organizacje: Maniac Zone Wrestling oraz Kombat Pro Wrestling. Czy chciałbyś wystąpić kiedyś w Polsce? Słyszałeś coś o wrestlingu w Polsce? Czy miałeś okazję występować z kimś pochodzenia polskiego?

Heresh: Polska jest jednym z miejsc, o którym rozmawiałem z moim agentem. Chciałbym walczyć u Was w przyszłości. I tak, słyszałem o wrestlingu w Polsce, ponieważ mój najlepszy przyjaciel jest z Polski.

Mateusz:  Naprawdę? Tak więc czekam na informacje dotyczące twojego występu w Polsce! 🙂 Jakie są twoje najbliższe cele?

Heresh: Moim najbliższym celem jest móc występować wszędzie gdzie się da.

Mateusz: Czy jest coś co chciałbyś powiedzieć czytelnikom MyWrestling?

Heresh: Bardzo dziękuję za rozmowę i mam nadzieję, że pewnego dnia pojawię się w Polsce, aby móc się spierać z najlepszymi polskimi ludźmi! MyWrestling jest najlepsze!

Mateusz: Thank you for interview, Heresh. How are you?

Heresh: You’re welcome. I’m very good.

Mateusz: How did you get your start in professional wrestling? As you debuted in 2014, how do you believe that the wrestling scene has improved? What does your family think of your wrestling career? Please tell us who trained you? Who influenced you to become a wrestler?

Heresh: I get to know the world of the wrestling by watching it on tv and it started when we lived in Kurdistan. My father was a big fan and he watched wrestling and I sat next to him and watched it. We moved to Norway and I started watching more wrestling on YouTube cuz they don’t show on TV’s here, wrestling is not that big in Norway.
I started training with NWF School which is the only school in Norway. I was most of the time trained by Erik Isaksen, T-Jay, Garm Stoylen and Aron Frost. I made my debut in 2014 and I think the wrestling scenes are getting better, specially in Norway. My family doesn’t like that I do something that hurts me and can give me som serious injuries. They are worried for each time I’m in the ring, but they always support me and proud of that I’m a wrestler and doing something that not many people can do!
Jeff Hardy, Rey Mysterio, Shawn Michaels and Eddie Guerrero influenced me a a lot.

Mateusz: Whether Is your home country is wrestling?

Heresh: Kurdistan is in middle east. And in Kurdistan there’s no wrestling. I’m first kurdish pro wrestler from Kurdistan. But people love wrestling there. Watching wrestling there is like a religion.
Now I live in Norway and wrestling is getting bigger and bigger each year.

Mateusz: What do you think about Norwegian Wrestling Federation?

Heresh: Amazing! We are doing it bigger and bigger each year as I said. The people are amazing and community is great. The wrestling is great. I have been wrestling in several European countries. I think NWF is one of the smallest promotions in Europe, but it’s very professional

Mateusz: What is the atmosphere in Norwegian Wrestling Federation?

Heresh: It’s amazing! The crowd is growing and it’s getting very good.

Mateusz: Who helped you the most in Norwegian Wrestling Federation?

Heresh: Erik Isaksen

Mateusz: Who is Erik?

Heresh: Erik Isaksen is the current UEWA european champion and founder of NWF. And is also our main trainer

Mateusz: Can you describe your longest match?

Heresh: My longest match was against Kurt Simmons in Switzerland for SPW and it was about 15 minutes. It ended as a double win. We pinned each other and it was the main event.

Mateusz: What is the difference between wrestling in Norway/Germany?

Heresh: Norway is only one promotion and Germany is many of them. Bigger crowd in Germany and wrestling is bigger in Germany. I had matches in several german promotions these last months.

Mateusz: In what organizations you have worked?

Heresh: In Germany: IPW, EWS, PWF, WXW Academy, CWE. I also trained with GWF and WXW.
I wrestler for Bodyslam Pro wrestling in Denmark and Pro Wrestling showdown in Netherlands.

Mateusz: Please tell us what some of your favourite matches have been from your career.

Heresh: I’m not easy to judge my own work. I let others judge. But the one against Kurt Simmons was the best one.

Mateusz: What do you advise people who want to start a career wrestling?

Heresh: Wrestling is something not everyone can do, but your heart and passion into it. Stay focused and work both smart and hard. Give 100% of everything you do. Find your personality and show them to the crowd so they can get through you not just as a wrestler, also someone that can entertain them.

Mateusz: What is the hardest thing about being a wrestler?

Heresh: If you got a family that your whole life you lived with them and love them. The hardest thing is being away from the family. And there will be sleepless nights, long travelings and hard days. But all is worth it when you make it.

Mateusz: What are your biggest accomplishments in Wrestling?

Heresh: I had a european tour which was organized by my german agent and I did 11 matches in Europe during two months.

Mateusz: For those that have never seen you wrestle what makes you stand out?

Heresh: I’m the first kurdish professional wrestler in the history, high flyer, fast runner and fearless. The best way to get to know a man is by seeing his work and I suggest that people take time to search me on internet Heresh Kurdi.

Mateusz: What is a day off in your performance? Do you have any hobby?

Heresh: Even when I’m not wrestling, I workout to be prepared for the wrestling. I workout 6 days in a week. When I’m not working I play pool. A lot.

Mateusz: In Poland among others fuctions organization MZW- Maniac Zone Wrestling and KPW – Kombat Pro Wrestling. Have you ever would to perform in Poland? Did you hear something about wrestling in Poland? Did you have an occasion to fight with someone who has polish decent?

Heresh: Poland is one of the places I have been talking with my agent about. I want to wrestle there in future. And yeah I heard about polish wrestling when I went to primary school cuz my best friend was Polish.

Mateusz: Seriously? So I’m waiting for information about your performance in Poland! 🙂 What are your goals?

Heresh: My goals is to wrestle every where and make it as big as it’s possible.

Mateusz: Is there anything you want to tell readers MyWrestling?
